Paul Wong and Athena Chu to wed at year-end
The year-end is set to be a joyful time for actress Athena Chu and her longtime boyfriend, Paul Wong from rock band Beyond. Not only will she celebrate her 41st birthday on October 25, she is set to give birth to her first child and tie the knot with Paul.
Athena shockingly revealed that she was three-months pregnant in April, causing some to question the staunch Christian on why she was pregnant prior to getting married. Recent reports have revealed that the two have filed a notice of intended marriage last Friday. It is understood that according to law, the formal registration of marriage has to take place within three months of the notice being filed.
Paul's manager shared, "Everything is still being planned," but refused to reveal their wedding date. He disclosed that Athena and her unborn baby are doing well.
Paul has declined to comment on his personal life but has been seen at events looking radiant and happy.
