T-ara to return in September with 'Mirage' album
Earlier reports that stated T-ara might be making a comeback next month have been confirmed.
The group will release their 7th mini-album 'Mirage' on September 3rd KST. Agency Core Contents Media announced on August 30th, "The title track is 'Sexy Love', the fourth song [created for T-ara] by Shinsadong Tiger and Choi Kyu Sung after 'Bo Peep Bo Peep', and 'Roly-Poly'."
CCM further mentioned that 'Mirage' was originally planned for release in early August, but because of the recent controversy, T-ara's comeback was delayed by three weeks.
The agency also explained why the T-ara members had kept quiet until they released an apology letter yesterday: "The reason why T-ara stayed silent the past month is because the issue was a personal matter between the members. However, misunderstandings are causing other misunderstandings, and the T-ara members sincerely apologized for personally causing the controversy and creating misunderstanding."
"T-ara and Hwayoung had a meeting where they resolved their differences, understood each other, and apologized. We've decided that we can no longer delay the comeback because of this issue in which not one person is the victim, not one person is the wrongdoer, and misunderstandings keep piling up."
CCM concluded, "We once again lower our heads and apologize for causing disorder and misunderstanding among so many people, and we promise to [never let an issue like this ar! ise agai n]."
T-ara will also be holding concerts overseas in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan and more from mid-September to November.

Who's the dancing kid in PSY's "Gangnam Style" MV?
After appearing on PSY's "Gangnam Style" music video, a young dancing prodigy has been receiving a lot of attention.
The young boy is named Hwang Min Woo and he is a talented young boy who has previously appeared on SBS 'Star King' and tvN's 'Korea's Got Talent 2'.
With PSY's MV reaching over 72 million views, achieving 44th place on the iTunes top singles chart, and taking first place on the YouTube 100 chart, many have been curious about this 'seven-year-old PSY' who can pull off the 'horse dance' perfectly.
This amazing young prodigy's first TV debut was in 2010, where he was rewarded with $5,000 as the best participant on 'Star King'. After showcasing Rain's 'abs dance' and Super Junior's "BONAMANA" dance, Hwang Min Woo received attention and was labeled as the mini sized version of Super Junior's Shindong.
Hwang Min Woo also competed for 'Korea's Got Talent 2′ in June, where he was praised by the judges for his fantastic stage presence and amazing dance skills.

Super Junior to become honorary ambassadors for Gangnam District
The Gangnam District of Seoul has announced that on September 4th KST, hallyu idol group Super Junior will be appointed as honorary ambassadors for the district.
World star Rain as well as Girls' Generation served as the previous ambassadors of Gangnam, which is considered the center of the hallyu wave. The Gangnam district will partner with big entertainment agencies that surround Chungdamdong to create a "hallyu star street" that will hopefully make Gangnam a "mecca for hallyu tourism".
Gangnam will also give a special appreciative plaque to Psy for bringing worldwide fame and attention to the area with his song "Gangnam Style". The district has asked him to be an ambassador in the future.

Nichkhun to pay 4 million KRW ($3,500) in fine
Due to his recent DUI charge, 2PM's Nichkhun will be paying a 4 million KRW fine (~ 3,524 USD).
The statement was released on August 30th by the Seoul Supreme Prosecutor's Office: "Nichkhun already reached a settlement with the other party. There were no serious injuries, and his blood alcohol level was low, so the case was settled with a summary judgement (settled by a judge with no jury involved). There were no further investigations."
Nichkhun was charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of 0.056% on July 24th after a small accident occurred on his way home.

Justin Lee Faces Up to 30 Years in Prison, 10 Women Press Charges

Since turning himself into the police last week, Justin Lee (李宗瑞) maintained that he only had consensual sex with the women featured in his explicit sex videos. It was understood that 10 women have pressed charges against Justin for drug rape and the secret filming of the sexual activities. If found guilty of committing the sex crimes, Justin faces up to a maximum of 30 years in prison.
176 Nude Photos and 93 Sex Videos Surface
Justin Lee's parents reportedly were blackmailed by the triads and police who had threatened to expose their son's sex photos and videos. Justin Lee's family reportedly paid millions of dollars (TWD) to the extortionists but stopped paying the astronomical amount in May. Since then, more and more Justin Lee's pornographic photos and videos have circulated in online adult forums.
Six video clips of Justin Lee were initially found online. In recent days, more photos and video clips were distributed widely on a massive scale. Thus far, 176 nude photos and 93 videos have been leaked online, including videos of Justin engaged in sexual activity with two women. These clips depicting Justin Lee's sexual acts are 883 minutes in length and 27.5 GB!
Approximately 60 models and actresses were implicated in Justin's sex scandal, while 50 women reportedly were filmed in sex videos. Approximately 10 of the women appeared to be unconscious or under the influence of drugs.
Many of the videos and photographs seem to reinforce police speculations that Justin had allegedly drugged the women or intoxicated them before taking them back to his home and having sex wit! h them.< /div>
Police Criticized for Leaking of Pornographic Contents
The public criticized the Taiwan police for their inefficiency to prevent the spreading of Justin's lewd pictures and clips. After the nude photos of Taiwanese actress, Maggie Wu (吴亚馨) were leaked, the police have been unable to trace the distribution channel of the pornographic contents. The circulation rate of these lewd contents remained uncontrollable, exposing the female victims involved in the sex scandal. The women are said to be traumatized terribly by increasing public interest.
The disseminators reportedly are likely to distribute the contents via overseas websites. As these files are circulated rapidly, it becomes more difficult to trace the IP address of the distribution source.
Taiwan police reportedly have also started to investigate internally if the source stems from within the force. A reporter with the surname, Chan, was interrogated by the police and revealed the methods in how he had downloaded Justin's sex photos. Chan stated that the origin of the nude photos was not a member of the Taiwan police.
Triads Wanted to Punish Justin Lee?
A member of the triad revealed that the disseminators may have been alerted that Justin Lee decided to surrender to the police, and the videos had become useless to them. Thus, the full version of the videos were circulated a day before Justin Lee turned himself into the police.
It was reported that some members of the triads were hunting for Justin Lee as well. Some of the victims reportedly sought help from the triads to teach Justin Lee a lesson.
The police have assured that Justin Lee will be kept in safety and that visitors are currently forbidden.
