    On February 27, Kim Kyu Jong tweeted the photo and the following caption, "Today I met the love of my life. Hyung Joon ran all the way here to the city of Jeonju to buy me a bowl of soup. I give him a lot of encouragement since he's having his first solo concert on March 9. Hee hee hee. Hurray for SS501~!"
    In the revealed photo, SS501 members Kim Kyu Jong and Kim Hyung Joon take a candid shot with arms around each other's shoulders – showing their strong friendship after almost 8 years since their debut. The matured appearance of the boys and their comfortable poses caught the attention of netizens and fans who have followed their activities.

    On the recent episode of SBS's "One Night of TV Entertainment" that aired on February 27, drama "That Winter, the Wind Blows'" actor Jo In Sung's outfits were discussed. On this episode, Jo In Sung's personal stylist appeared to reveal an unusual problem she experiences when providing clothes for the actor.
    She stated, "His legs are about 15cm longer than the legs of an average man."
    When asked if she buys Jo In Sung's clothes off the rack from department stores, the stylist answered, "We usually have to get custom-made outfits."

    On KBS's "Moonlight Prince" that aired on February 26, Secret's Han Sunhwa and actress Yoo In Na appeared as special guests.
    As a more experienced idol, DBSK's Changmin gave advices to Sunhwa on how to survive as an idol.
    Sunhwa revealed, "Every morning, I start the day by going to a beauty shop to get ready, and then all day I follow the busy schedule. At some point, I felt like I was a hamster on a wheel. I realize that I should be thankful, and I am. But after doing this for so long, I couldn't help but ask myself, 'Am I just a machine?'"
    She continued, "There were times when I wanted to commit myself to a mental hospital. I started my career at a much younger age than many of my friends, and I have learned early on that I have to continuously smile and behave a certain way in front of people. I had to act youthful like a child sometimes, yet other times I had to act mature like an adult. It was really difficult for me."

  • D-Unit to Make Comeback by Showing MV in Movie Theaters
    Rookie female group D-Unit will be making their comeback by showing their music video in movie theaters.
    On March 4 Megabox (one of the major Korean movie theater chains) movie theaters will play D-Unit's music video as part of the previews for the movies. All Megabox movie-goers will get a chance to be one of the first to watch the one minute and thirty second music video for their upcoming song "Say It to My Face."
    A representative of their agency said, "This is the second time D-Unit has shown their music videos in Megabox theaters. At this is a good opportunity to spread D-Unit's name, we also have high expectations for their comeback."
    D-Unit will be making their comeback with a new member for their third mini-album that is also produced by Block B's Zico.

    Ahead of their comeback, 2AM has revealed their "One Spring Day" album preview on YouTube today.
    Previously they have revealed various concept pictures, their album jacket and special "Five Years" clip, and their first video teaser.
    "One Spring Day" is also the name of their second full album which will be released on March 5. Famous pianist Yiruma, Epitome Project, and Hitman Bang are among the popular names that have worked on this album. This album is also significant to 2AM as it has been nearly five years since the group's debut.
    2AM is scheduled to release their music video teaser next Monday.

    Infinite's Sungkyu recently spoke about his honest feelings toward 4minute's HyunA, which earned him the status of the newest top "variety-dol."
    On February 27, Sungkyu appeared as a guest on MBC's "Radio Star" and said, "In the past, I showed interest to HyunA at this one TV show but it was taken out of context."
    So the emcees gave him a chance to clear himself up and Sungkyu began to leave a message for HyunA right away.
    Sungkyu said, "As I fan, I lov- no no, as a fan, I am a huge fan," stumbling all over the place, which made everyone laugh.
    He continued, "I didn't act that way with bad intentions," and "It seemed like HyunA was viewing me as a sasaeng fan. I was really upset because it seemed like I said that on purpose on air."
    MC Kyuhyun asked, "If HyunA asks to meet you for real, what will you do?" Then Sungkyu answered again in a bumbling way, "I will take care of the matters on my own for my own future and for the fans, I will do a good job… in secret… well…"
    Throughout the whole episode, Sungkyu has shown his honest but random and weird answers and stories, which charmed and captivated the viewers.

    Well-respected acting coach Ahn Hyuk Mowho has worked with the likes of Super Junior's Choi Siwon, Song Joong Ki, and Jeon Ji Hyun recently revealed Jo In Sung's acting ambitions.
    Ahn Hyuk Mo has been adored by his pupils, who describe him to be "a soft and tender man who's full of intensity and passion. He's sharp, keen, and detail-oriented. He knows what his students need and what their weaknesses are and offers his help and insight." Jo In Sung is currently under his tutelage for his current drama.
    On February 26, Ahn Hyuk Mo made a guest appearance on SBS's "Good Morning" and revealed, "Jo In Sung's acting has improved greatly since the time he enlisted in the army."
    This comment was with regards to Jo In Sung's latest project, SBS's drama "That Winter, The Wind Blows," where he plays the role of Oh Soo, a con-artist who must convince Oh Young, played by Song Hye Gyo, that he is her long lost older brother.
    Ahn Hyuk Mo also went on to say, "Before Jo In Sung began filming for the drama, he struggled a lot and encountered some discomfort in preparation for his role and comeback."

  • BFFs Krystal and Kang Ji Young Attend Freshman Orientation at Sungkyunkwan University
    f(x)'s Krystal and Kara's Kang Ji Young have recently become college freshmen.
    On February 27, several photos of Krystal and Kang Ji Young at the Sungkyunkwan University's freshman orientation were taken and posted online.
    Krystal can be seen sporting a simple black outfit and sitting with her fellow colleagues, smiling for the cameras and speaking with reporters. She is surrounded by other students and she looks happy and bright.
    Krystal commented, "As a college student, I will study hard and show you a better me." When asked what she wants to do the most as a college student, Krystal answered, "I want to attend lectures diligently and since I've become an adult now, I want to get a driver's license."
    When asked how she felt about getting accepted with her BFF Kang Ji Young, Krystal answered, "I think this will allow us to become even closer."
    Kang Ji Young also wore a simple outfit of a white shirt and black jacket. She was seen passing by the front of the room near the stage, carrying a bright facial expression.
    Kang Ji Young also attended a special event called "Flying the Planes of Hope" as the representative of the freshman class that nearly contains 4,000 students.
    She commented, "I'm so honored to be here as the freshman representative," and "I hope everyone will be able to become great students to shine our school. I will also try hard as well."

  • New Group MAIN Releases Debut Music Video "Love Is"
    K-Pop's newest ballad group MAIN released the music video for their debut through their first single "Love Is" on the official CJ E&M Music YouTube channel.
    MAIN stands for Music, Aspire, Impressive, and Narrative. Each member (Ilhan, Shihoon, and Jinsung) of the trio boasts various abilities in lyricism, music, and arrangement, making MAIN a self-produced group. Although "Love Is" is their first single as a group, the members have been working in the Korean music industry for some time.
    "Love is" is a soft piano ballad, and the style of their voices and harmony is similar to that of Brown Eyed Soul. The music video stars Kim Kang Woo and Yoo Seul Ah but also has the members of MAIN in a cameo in the beginning of the music video.
