NO NIP SLIP FOR FAN BINGBING
Following the critical reception for Anne Hathaway‘s pale pink Prada gown with the unfortunately placed darts at the Oscars, Fan Bingbing (范冰冰) revealed much much more in one of the parties after the ceremony.
Wearing the pink dress made by Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab, Bingbing’s nipples were clearly popping up, attracting more photographers than ever she did in a previous red carpet stroll, when she wore a strapless long gown.
“Saving General Yang” Cast Promotes in Taiwan
The Yang family made a whirlwind stop in Taipei, Taiwan for a Saving General Yang <忠烈楊家將> press conference and photo call. “General Yang” Adam Cheng (鄭少秋), “Dalang” Ekin Cheng (鄭伊健), “Erlang” Yu Bo (于波), “Sanlang” Vic Chou (周渝民), and “Liulang” Wu Chun (吳尊) stood together arm in arm while they discussed about their filming experiences in the $311 million HKD war film.
Portraying General Yang, the father of seven warrior sons, Adam Cheng flashed a charismatic and commanding smile to the press. Despite being 66 years old, Adam’s youthful vigor has not faltered in the slightest. Regarding his secret of keeping young and healthy, Adam said, “Exercise a lot! After that, you need to forever believe in yourself that you are handsome!”
Although Vic Chou is stepping into his thirteenth year in the entertainment industry, Saving General Yang is the Taiwanese actor’s first period film. Portraying Sanlang, General Yang’s third son, Vic has to learn horseback riding and archery, which is Sanlang’s best skill.
“I have never ridden a horse before. When I watched my instructor ride his horse for the first time, horseback riding looked really simple, so I decided to imitate him. But his horse and my horse had different rhythm, so I ended up injuring my butt!”
Ekin Cheng, who married his girlfriend of 7 years, Yoyo Mung (蒙嘉慧), last month in Japan, was asked if he is enjoying his life as a married man so far. Ekin smiled, “Nothing really changed [after our marriage]. Thank you all for your concerns! However, that is about my [private] life. All I can say is that I am very happy right now.” Asked if the couple is planning to have children in the future, Ekin immediately said, “Never thought about it.”
Produced by Raymond Wong (黃百鳴) and his studio, Pegasus Motion Pictures, Saving General Yang is directed by Fearless <霍元甲> director, Ronny Yu (于仁泰). The war epic will be released worldwide on April 4, 2013.

PopoutPopoutSource: Ettoday.net- Li Sheng and casts celebrates Chinese New Year Li Sheng is celebrating Chinese New Year all over the place, first with Mickey He for currently airing drama Qing Cheng Jue Lian倾城绝恋 , and then with her new cast of Roy Qiu, Myolie Wu and Mao Zijun for currently filming drama Wine Beauty 美酒俏佳人. It's rare for a mainland actress to be the lead with a really famous HK/TW actress as the supporting actress, so while I actually do like Myolie, I'm pleasantly surprised.

- Wong Cho Lam saving for wedding Plagued by the many questions about marriage at the wedding ceremony of actress Mandy Lam, "Inbound Troubles" star Wong Cho Lam revealed that he is indeed saving up for his own wedding.
As reported on Popular Asians, the actor, who attended the wedding with his girlfriend of three years, Leanne Li, revealed that he is indeed planning to propose to her, but added humorously, "Because I cross-dress so much, I'm afraid that Leanne will end up being the groom, while I became the bride at our wedding. That will be quite a hassle!"
To this, Eric Tsang quipped, "That is a possibility. But since you've already done so much, your cross-dressing won't be a surprise to anyone anymore. It's better to just go naked."
Meanwhile, Wong Cho Lam also dismissed reports about their Thailand vacation recently, poking fun at the media's absurd habit of speculating about celebrities' relationship and activities during vacations.
When asked if they stayed in the same room while in Thailand, Cho Lam joked, "Of course. What's done is done. She is now pregnant with my child, and we will get married tomorrow. Same room, same bed, and we are living together," before adding, "However, my mother was also with us!"
Earlier, the actor revealed that Leanne bought home a HKD 5000 specially made license plate that read "Handelababy" – the name of Cho Lam's cross-dressing gag role in the 2010 variety show, "Fun With Liza And Gods".
When asked if he used it on his car, the actor quipped, "Everyone would know that the car is mine if I use it! It's her way of trapping me." - Kate Tsui Takes the Baton in April, Pairs with Dayo Wong in New TVB Series It has been widely rumored Dayo Wong will be back to shoot a TVB series this year, aside from the opportunity to work with his You're Hired! partner Charmaine Sheh again, producer Tsui Wing Hong also had intentions tho shoot a sequel to 2000's popular sitcom War of Genders with Dodo Cheng. However, it was understood Dayo is actually returning to TVB in April for producer Man Wai Hung's new modern comedy series. The female leads are Kate Tsui and Sharon Chan. Dayo will continue his light-hearted and humorous acting style in the new series. The other cast includes comedian Louis Yuen, Benz Hui, Jazz Lam, "Siu Bo" May Chan and Elena Kong.
Producer Man Wai Hung previously worked on You're Hired! with Dayo, yesterday he accepted a telephone interview and when asked if he has intentions to bring Dayo and Charmaine back to 'continue their fate'? Producer Man frankly expressed: "We really wanted to get Charmaine back, but she couldn't make it work on her schedule." As for Dayo making his comeback, does he have any special requests or opinions? He said: "He's very nice, we had pleasant discussions. Earlier Dayo was busy with his comedy show world tour, but now we are planning the concept, story and direction of the series together."
Kate Tsui, who is paired up with Dayo in the series, expressed she cannot describe how happy she is. She said: "I have many friends who are Dayo fans. I believe after the news comes out, my friends will be visiting us on the set all the time. However, I'm still listening to the story and haven't seen Dayo yet." Reporters teased she replaced Charmaine, she said: "Impossible, how am I qualified? But having this opportunity, I will definitely give it my greatest effort." Kate expressed she knows Dayo is a very serious artist and most of his series have been highly rated and well acclaimed, so she's feeling stressed and nervous.
The other female lead, Sharon Chan, frankly expressed she greatly admires Dayo's talent and really looks forward to work ! with him. In the series, Sharon plays Kate's good friend, but has a crush on Dayo. They'll end up in a complicated love triangle. She said: "I watch Dayo's stand-up comedy shows! (Do you have a romantic storyline with him?) My role has a small crush on him, it's the misunderstanding type.. He plays my boss and enthusiastically tries to change me, making me turn from someone lacking self-confidence to a successful person. So, I thought he liked me." - Ben Wong Takes the Lead, No Fear Wong Cho Lam Stealing Screen Time Yesterday Ben Wong and the Inbound Troubles cast Wong Cho Lam, Joey Meng, Louis Cheung, Bob Lam and Siu Bo (May Chan) attended the costume fitting for TVB new series Food for Slaves (tentative). When asked about the same 'Inbound' cast? Wong Cho Lam expressed: "No, its just a fourth of us, already have some chemistry, but we will strive to break this small circle up and maintain good terms. If Joey and I want to be situated at TVB, cannot rely on us, must include others as well."
Earlier, it was rumored a producer disliked Wong Cho Lam stepping over the line on his behind-the-scenes work. Cho Lam made it clear Food for Slaves has nothing to do with him, he is purely an actor this time. He did not participate in the script or casting at all. Cho Lam laughed: "Getting so much gossip isn't enough? I have to do what is told this time, I'm just the actor." For this series, it is necessary for Cho Lam to get his head shaved and he'll even share his bald look on Weibo. Wonder what his girlfriend Leanne Li would think of his bald look?
Joey said she asked the producer if her role is another 'middle-aged woman', she laughed: "The producer said my role is a 25-26 year old girl and that I'll be forced to marry Wong Cho Lam. Don't say I'm a middle-aged woman again."
As seen in the Food for Slaves sales presentation, Raymond Lam, played the emperor, but Ben Wong eventually replaced him. When asked if this is Ben's first leading role? Ben expressed he had a leading role in the 1997 series Triumph Over Evil before and is grateful that he ran into this opportunity again. Does Ben wish to get the 'My Favorite Male Character' award this year? Ben laughed he does not know when this series will be airing, but he will cherish the opportunity. He revealed he'll have many scenes opposite of Wong Cho Lam, but is not afraid he'll steal all the screen time. "We each have our own brilliance. I had always wished to collaborate with Wong Cho Lam, he's a very talented artist.! "
Also, yesterday Yahoo! Asia Buzz Awards announced the voting results from November 2012 - February 2013. Wong Cho Lam and Joey Meng made it in 2nd place; 'Jackie Chan's Protest Restriction' in 4th place; HK Chief Executive CY Leung ranked 8th place; 'When Heaven Burns Re-run' in 10th place. - Gossip Street - Duo ju jie (1974)
- Ni Ni, Zhang Meng at the Independent Spirit Awards... ...although Ni Ni was identified as "Ziyi Zhang" (who?) by Zimbio. Xinhua and Yahoo China had their own gaffe, calling the Film Independent Spirit Awards the "small Oscars" which they aren't although the Spirit awards are presented in Los Angeles the evening before the Academy Awards.
Anyway, here's Ziyi Zhang:
Or as she is known in the rest of the world, Ni Ni:
Zhang Meng kept her company on the red carpet:Zhang Meng's dress made the most of her cleavage, called to the anger of feminists but probably not completely inaccurately, her career line:Zimbio moves a lot of data in several languages 24 hours a day from all over the world and they have probably made more egregious errors than this one but that doesn't excuse slapping an incorrect ID on images of an actress and not even using the preferred form of the wrong name.
- A Shanghai License Plate Is The Newest Luxury At $12,000
For Shanghai residents, the joy of owning a new car is quickly diminished by the complicated and expensive process required to obtain a local license plate.
Yolanda Dong, a manager at a Japanese firm who lives in Shanghai, paid 100,000 rmb for her Peugeot 307 and a whopping 77,000 rmb for her plate. "I had to buy the plate no matter what. I can't have my car sitting there doing nothing," said Dong, who purchased her car five months ago and has been bidding for a license plate since her purchase.
The average price for a Shanghai license plate soared to 75,000 rmb ($12,000) in January, a 2,000 rmb increase from the average 50,000 rmb last year.
Getting an out-of-city plate is a cheaper, but less appealing option because the city does not allow cars registered elsewhere on its elevated highways during rush hours.
To get a license plate, one has to endure the notorious plate auction system, which is designed to reduce traffic, pollution, and China's oil use. An auction is held on the third Saturday of each month; about 8,000 plates are issued each time.
Anxious car owners have three chances to bid, at 100 rmb per pop in addition to the 2,000 rmb deposit they have to put down to register for the auction.
In China, owning a personal vehicle is still a luxury as is owning a Shanghai license plate.

Published: 27th February 2013 - OMG singer arrested for hosting wild sex parties
DJ-Leo, singer cum sex party organiser
Investigators believe the 31-year-old artiste and his wife organised at least six of these events around the Taipei area, in June last year.
"Alcoholic beverages, role-playing costumes, condoms and even drugs were provided to the participants," said a spokesman from the police department.
The customers were enticed by the photos and videos of the past parties, which Leo posted onto various porn sites. Each man was required to pay a fee of NT$6,000 (RM630) while women got in for free, the Apple Daily reported.
Undercover cops penetrated (Pun intended!) the network after the police department got wind of this illegal activity.
After gathering sufficient evidence, a team stormed into the party held at a motel room in December 23, last year.
One of the photos Leo posted online.
OMG said on its Facebook page they have kicked Leo out from the band forever, as a punishment. "We regret his acts and apologise to members of the public on his behalf."

Are they or are they not? Kary Ng and Shawn Yue keep fans guessing about their rumoured romance. (image source: on.cc)
The hunky actor was rumoured to have brought Kary, 26, on a vacation in the UK during Chinese New Year, prompting jealous female fans to leave nasty messages on her Weibo. There were also fans who claimed that Shawn had gone to great lengths to defend his rumoured lover, by deleting every single negative comment about her on his Weibo.
This was untrue, said Shawn, who insisted that he has never removed any comment on his Weibo, whether good or bad.
Still, he hasn't answered the question on everyone's mind: Is he romancing the Cantopop singer-actress? The 31-year-old merely requested his fans to respect his privacy and give him space.
"I know everyone is concerned about me and would like me to share my life and feelings . However, I prefer to keep a low profile when it comes to my life outside work. Those who like me should understand this and I hope you will respect my decision," he wrote.
