  • Anthony Wong unhappy with Alan Tam

Actor Anthony Wong is recently angry with Alan Tam trying to be the middle person in ending his conflict with Taiwanese singer, Show Luo.
Asianpopnews website reported that Alan Tam, who was invited to perform at Show Luo's final concert held at the Hong Kong Coliseum, told the Taiwanese singer, "I heard that you and my old friend have a feud. Actually, Anthony Wong is a cultured person in an inverted way. When he said that you are a 'Mao Li' (fool), he is praising you by saying you have 'Li Mao' (politeness)!"
The veteran singer-actor continued, "Do not be too calculative. Let me ask my friend, the 'mao li' surnamed Wong to have high tea with you. And then we can have a meal and karaoke session."
When Show Luo agreed, Alan added, "The nobler you are, the more successful you will be!"
However, when notified about it, Anthony Wong was not amused with Alan Tam's gesture, stating, "What is happening? There is nothing happening at all. It is so funny. Everyone said that I am using Show to create publicity [for his new theatre show]. Am I the one holding a concert now?"
Anthony stated that Alan doesn't know anything and will create unnecessary misunderstandings, and begged for Show Luo's fans to let him off and stop harping on the issue.
He expressed, "I really do not wish to have anything to do with this matter anymore. I beg all those foolish and crazy people not to harass me anymore. I am being molested mentally! I am so old already. Please let me off."

Stephen Shiu Yeuk Yuen yesterday held a new book release event. His outstanding comments was rumored to have forced his son Stephen Shiu Jr. from the THE ICEMAN COMETH 3D (3D BING FUNG HUP) film investment. Shiu Yeuk Yuen said, "It was a difference of opinion with Zhongmeng Century Media. The film is now completely national and has nothing to do with us. Whether my outstanding comments led to Zhongmeng being forced to keep us out of investing, it is truly hard to confirm because Zhongmeng didn't say the reason." Shiu Yeuk Yuen joked that he regretted nothing and had difficulty with watching what he said. "It doesn't matter! I am retired. Stephen Shiu Jr. in the future can only make DUE WEST OUR SEX JOURNEY (YUT LO HEUNG SAI) and not co-production films." Shiu Yeuk Yuen said that his son also "whined" to him.

'Inbound Troubles' a Popular Hit, Has Hope for Film Version or Sequel
TVB series Inbound Troubles's first two weeks TV ratings averaged 30 points, nearly 2 million viewers were watching and has become one of the most popular series as of late. The audience praised the characters from the series and that it definitely qualifies for a sequel or film version. Producer Wong Wai Sing's 2009 production E.U created a 'Laughing Gor legend'. There was a whole series featuring Laughing Gor, Lives of Omission and two other Laughing Gor films Turning Point 1 &2, and got the supporting actor, Michael Tse, a huge breakthrough. Producer Wong Wai Sing definitely has the potential to develop another sequel for Inbound Troubles just as long as the TVB executives agree.

Producer Wong Wai Sing is starting on new costume series Food for Slaves and is planning to bring back the Inbound Troubles cast, he expressed: "Bob Lam and Wong Cho Lam are going to participate. Linda Chung is on vacation for two months and is going back to Canada, so I got Joey Meng instead. Ron Ng is busy as well, so Louis Cheung will replace him. As for Raymond, he already turned down his emperor role, but I got Ben Wong to replace him." He also stressed that this series is not an Inbound Troubles sequel, but when asked if he would consider a sequel for Inbounds or even a film version as Netizens suggested? He said he does not have plans yet, but the characters do have potential for further development, just like 'Laughing Gor' did. It could be possible [for a sequel], we will just have to wait for TVB to decide.
Wong Cho Lam is the new lead actor of Food for Slaves, he laughed: "Just gotta enjoy life and try different things. What I must definitely try while I'm at TVB are, perform in the Tung Wah Charity Show, do a drumming performance at the TVB anniversary show and shave my head [for a series]. In Food for Slaves, I get to shave my head." He said the new series isn't a sequel to Inbounds, but this series has indeed brought him a lot more jobs. There has been a lot of advertisers inviting different combinations of the cast to do performances for them. Wong Cho Lam expressed he's still discussing his upcoming work including Mimi Chu's HK Coliseum concert in February, where they might form an Inbound Troubles group.
Yesterday the cast including Roger Kwok, Joey Meng, Wong Cho Lam, Angela Tong, Ivana Wong, Mimi Chui, Eliza Sam, Bob Lam, 'Sai Sai Lap' Siu Bo, 'White girl' Corinna Chamberlain and Mary Hon attended the series promotional event held at a Tseung Kwan O mall. There were a lot of citizens there to support them. Wong Cho Lam said: "Over 200 complaints in exchange for 2 million viewers. Thank you everyone!" Cho Lam's girlfriend Leanne Li said if the series gets 50 points TV ratings, she'll marry him immediately. Once Cho Lam heard this, he shouted: "50 points? That means there's going to be 5 million viewers (actually only 3.21 viewers), everyone in HK won't go out and just sit at home to watch TV? That is impossible." Then Cho Lam asked if Bob and Angela's bed scene aired yet? Mimi Chu interrupted, "If you have the guts, do the bed scene with me. The weather has been humid lately, I am the type that expels wind, moist and cold!" Then Mimi recommended that she could be the nanny for Angela Tong's unborn son.
Angela is currently 8 months pregnant, yesterday she attended her first promotional event, but was extremely careful. Angela recalled she already knew she was 1 month pregnant when she was shooting this series, but didn't announce yet, so she had to ! withstand all those action scenes such as chasing, car accident, riding on someone's back and other risky scenes. Angela said: "At the time, I asked for a stunt double to do the scenes for me, but the director wasn't willing to do it. When Roger Kwok was piggy backing me, it was very bumpy. Later, when they all found out I was pregnant, they felt really guilty." Currently enjoying her pregnant life, Angela reveals she's expected to due in March, but she can still take on light-weighted promotional work.
Roger and Joey Meng demonstrated their hugging scene from the series live on the spot. As their limelight has been stolen by the other artists, they didn't think Wong Cho Lam was playing favorites, but actually each and every one of the actors displayed their own abilities. Roger praised Joey's hot school girl look. Actually, Roger's catchphrase "Many problems exist daily" in the series comes from his wife's (Cindy Au) famous song. At first, Roger thought it was really embarrassing to be saying that, but Cindy later caught the media's attention because of this. When the series first got so many complaints, Wong Cho Lam was extremely worried, but now that there are high ratings, he feels relieved. He feels the entire Inbound Troubles cast are TVB's lucky stars.

Raymond Lam's first of three shows, A TIME 4 YOU concert kicked off at Hong Kong Coliseum last night. It was a full house, even rumored girlfriend Karena Ng was there to support him, fearless of the pressure from his ten thousand fans. Although Karena entered after the concert started, reporters still spotted her and took pictures. Wonder if its just a coincidence? Or if this was all planned out? Raymond frequently stood near the section where Karena was seated and sang love songs to her. It appears he wasn't afraid of jealous fans.

Recently it was widely rumored that Raymond and Karena developed a real relationship after collaborating in a film together. It was also rumored Raymond rented a new home in the Mid-Level neighborhood and they are cohabiting there. Although Raymond denied the rumors, he still defended this rumored girlfriend of his. She is only able to attend the first show. At the concert, the stage had a science fiction design and Raymond dyed his hair gold to accompany his black leathered Cyber costume. He appeared on stage hanging on wires and performed suspended in the air. Then Raymond did a hot singing and dancing performance for 10 minutes, which really took away all his energy. After he completed that part, he was out of breath, constantly breathing hard and wiping away sweat, but was still able to put up his Chok look. When Raymond performed Love Searching You in Memory, he took off his jacket and showed off his muscular arms; Fans screamed loudly in response. Then Raymond gave fans a chance for close interaction, as he sang near the railing where the audience were. Every time Raymond came close, Fans would scream: "Handsome, I really love you!"
Last night, Raymond invited Taiwanese boy band LOLLIPOP F as his guest performers. TVB executive Virgina Lok, EEG executive Ng Yue, Wu Fung and Toby Leung were in the audience supporting Raymond as well. • Michael Tse Sterilizes His Feet for Joyce Cheng to Suck On

Yesterday Michael Tse, Kate Tsui, Joyce Cheng and Koni Lui were recording for TVB's 2013 Chinese New Year show. Once Michael saw Kate highly praising Joyce's nice body figure, he immediately unbuttoned his shirt and embarrassed Joyce. She quickly went back into the makeup room to change. Michael laughed: "I'm not as attractive as her? My measurement is 40 something too! Actually, its already enough that I beat her in the CNY film. She madly pursues me in the film."
It was said, in one scene Joyce has to suck on Michael's toes, he said: "It's just for comedy and entertainment. The scene doesn't look disgusting. Actually Joyce sacrificed a lot and I used firewater to clean my feet before we started shooting."
Koni was asked when she's going to have a baby to gain back all those red envelopes she gives out? She expressed: "I don't have plans to have a Snake baby. I already have a large snake at home, so there is no need for a small snake. I want different animals in my house, so it can turn into a zoo. It's hard getting the milk powder nowadays, I'll be really busy if I had to breast-feed all the time."
Kate's good friend Raymond Lam is having a HK coliseum concert, but she hasn't had time to go watch it. She said: "I really want to see it too, but too bad in the next 3 days I have to be filming overnight! (Raymond said he won't have another concert!) I don't believe him! He's just kidding. At most, just change to a different arena, and not hold it in HK Coliseum. He won't stop the concerts."

  • Roger Kwok Has Acting Abilities, Not Afraid of Script Changing

Roger Kwok, Wong Cho Lam, Joey Meng, etc. were promoting the new series "Inbound Troubles". As for indications of being unsatisfied and at odds with Cho Lam for constantly changing the script, Roger supported Cho Lam and said, "Everybody's screen time is very equal. May Chan and Corinna Chamberlain are newcomers, so their characters must be stand out. We rely on acting ability in order for the audience to relate to it. The ratings for the series are good because of the contribution of the entire cast and crew". Joey said, "The good feedback for the series after releasing is expected". (Also expected your schoolgirl look to be praised by viewers as being pure and cute?) Not this one. I also did not really dare to watch it, but a friend called me saying it was very good. I went online again to use myTV to re-watch that episode". Roger, who was on the side, laughingly said that it had a childhood memories feel: "If you filmed that commercial back then, definitely would have been more popular than that girl".
On the other hand, regarding girlfriend Leanne Lai saying that she would immediately marry if the ratings of "Inbound" reached 50 points, Cho Lam laughingly said it was impossible: "Fifty points? Then 5,000,000 (actually 3,210,000) viewers would not be going out to watch television. Impossible! Unless there was SARS!"
Reuniting in "Food for the Slaves"
"Inbounds" producer Wong Wai Sing will also be filming the new series "Food for the Slaves". He expressed that many actors who took part in "Inbound" will also take on prominent roles in "Food": "Bob Lam and Cho Lam will also film. Linda Chung is taking a two-month break to return to Canada, so found Joey. Ron Ng is also busy, so replaced by Louis Cheung. Previously, Raymond Lam turned down the emperor role...I found Ben Wong as a replacement".
