2013 McLaren MP4-12C will debut at Goodwood 2012
McLaren has announced plans to launch 2013 MP4-12C at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2012.
Set to be driven up the hill by Jenson Button, the model features an improved 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 625 PS (460 KW / 616 hp) – an increase of 25 PS (18 kW / 25 hp). It is connected to a recalibrated seven-speed SSG transmission which promises to deliver better responsiveness. Besides the increased output, the MP4-12C benefits from restyled wheels, revised upholstery and a new Volcano Yellow paint finish.
