Stefanie Sun dismisses rumours of high income from investments

The Singaporean singer clarified that she does not invest in stock markets and properties
Stefanie Sun dismissed rumours of her high earnings from the stock market and property investments in Singapore and overseas.
According to the Taiwan media, the local singer reportedly earned up to NT$ 30 billion (approximately S$ 125 million) from property and stock market investments.
It was said that Stefanie started buying shares of big companies like Apple and Facebook and investing in properties in America five year ago, after seeking advice from her sister and her husband Nadim Van Der Ros.
However, Stefanie clarified through her manager yesterday, "That's too exaggerated! I don't take on much work now, so I'm not as rich as what others imagine".
Dismissing claims from reports that said she invested in overseas properties, Stefanie said that she only owns three properties in Singapore currently.
In other related news, netizens claimed that Stefanie currently weights 60kg after a photo which showed a less slender Stefanie dining in a restaurant in Singapore surfaced recently.
Responding to claims of her weight gain, Stefanie laughed and said, "Everyone likes to think that I am enjoying good fortune. I don't think I look [like I weigh] 60kg in that photo!"
