Matilda Tao responds to accusations of a bad temper
The Taiwanese host claimed that she is innocent after famous Taiwanese talk show guest Yang Hao claimed that she once threw scissors at her colleague out of anger
Taiwanese host Matilda Tao insisted that she is innocent after being accused of throwing scissors at her colleague when she was an entertainment news host.
Famous Taiwanese talk show guest Yang Hao recently claimed that Matilda has a bad temper and that she once threw a pair of scissors at one of her colleagues.
She said, "The was once when Matilda was in a bad mood, and when her colleague went through the rundown for the show with her, Matilda angrily asked her what was the main point of the show that day. She grabbed a pair of scissors on the table and aimed it at her."
Yang Hao also complained that Matilda forced all her colleagues, including her, to buy her newly released book at that time. Yang Hao added that she did not purchase the book as she just received her first paycheck, and she was "blacklisted" by Matilda because of that.
In response to these claims Matilda shed tears while recording for her show and said that she was "innocent".
According to Matilda, the truth is far from what Yang Hao claimed. She explained, "That was the day of my album release, but not a single reporter came to report on it. I bought a cake myself to celebrate the album release and my colleague took a few media invites and told me to send them. I then threw the pair of scissors because I was too angry."
Matilda also added, "My first book sold very well; do you think I have to resort to forcing others to buy my book?"
A representative from the popular host's management company said that they would discuss with their lawyer before deciding if they will be suing Yang Hao.
