JJ Jia Xiao Chen is a Chinese actress (born in Jinan, Shandong) but very active in Hong Kong industry and entertainment. JJ Jia may be famous for her role in Hong Kong film "The Vampire Who Admires Me" and sexy film "La Lingerie" with Stephy Tang, and Janice Man.

JJ Jia is a Beautiful Cooking Season 2 Contestant, together with Kate Tsui.

Altough busy in acting and modelling, JJ Jia made her debut album in 2008 with album 今天將來 (Jin tian jiang lai). Her recently TVB Drama was Beauty Knows No Pain. She roled as Yeda So (So Na), and played with Maggie Cheung, Joyce Tang, and Kibby Lau.

Q1: China's animation industry has seen huge expansion in recent years, including the number of animation companies and the annual growth rate. What can you tell us about this trend?

Q2: Merchandising plays a big role in the animation business. The more popular the animation, the better the merchandise sales. But is this the only way to make profit from animation nowadays? Are there other viable business models?

Q3: The influence of Japan and the United States is obvious in a lot of modern Chinese animation. But back to the 1960's and 70's, there were world renowned works created here in China. We've lost that leading position, but is there any hope of reviving Chinese aesthetics in the animation scene?
