- Yang Hyun Suk Sends Fans a Wink with His Daughter Yoo Jin
YG Entertainment's CEO, Yang Hyun Suk, recently revealed to netizens just how much he loves his daughter.
On December 27, Yang Hyun Suk updated his Instagram with a photo of himself and his little daughter to the delight of fans.
In the photo, Yang Hyun Suk and his daughter Yoo Jin wear adorable expressions for the camera. He captioned the photo with "YG BABY~^^" as if to officially cast his own daughter as the charismatic representative of YG Entertainment. At only three years of age, Yoo Jin looked adorable mimicking her father. Netizens were charmed by the fatherly figure Yang Hyun Suk showed himself to be to fans.
After dating his girlfriend of nine years, Yang Hyun Suk married Lee Eun Joo and together they had their first daughter Yoo Jin who was born in August 2010. They are expecting their second child, a son they've named Yang Seung Hyun this upcoming April.
- PSY's "Gangnam Style" Gets Arranged into Opera Piece
PSY's "Gangnam Style" has been arranged in an opera number.
The Los Angeles Times reported on December 24 an article titled "'Gangnam Style' by PSY gets opera style treatment."
This article reports that a "Gangnam Style" opera mix has been made and aired on the "Radio-Television Of Slovenia." The article commented, "A classical orchestra consisting of strings, woodwinds and percussion performs the pop score in a humorously lush manner." It also went on to say that an opera remix was inevitable as "Gangnam Style" has been remade into many different genres of music.
In the video clip that shows this performance, the artist sings the song in full Korean and even dances PSY's signature horse-riding dance. The grand orchestral sounds as well as the artist's gestures and serious facial expressions gave a good laugh to many.
On December 19, Billboard named PSY's "Gangnam Style" as the best MV of 2012. On December 24, CNN named PSY as the 8th "Most Intriguing People of 2012."
- Hyoyeon Shows 2 Key Dances Moves for "I Got a Boy" in D-4 Video
It's already D-4 until Girls' Generation's 4th album "I Got a Boy" is released on January 1. After Taeyeon, Yuri, Sunny, Tiffany, Seohyun, and Yoona we now have the "Dancing Queen" Hyoyeon as the seventh member to give a special video message.
In the video it looks like Hyoyeon is on the set of "I Got a Boy" music video and she is wearing the same outfit that we saw in the drama teaser for the mv. After greeting the viewer,s she announces that she will teach two key dances moves to the "I Got a Boy" choreography.
After showing the simple dances moves, Hyoyeon says, "I'm curious to see what you will name the two moves. There is not much time left. Let's start the new year together with Girls' Generation!"
The next member to give a special video message will be Jessica.

- Adorable Pictures of T-ara Members in Japan Released
Recently, photos of group T-ara members in the train Shinkansen were released by their agency. They were on their way to Osaka for the fan meeting on December 27, 2012. They had just finished the fan meetings on Tokyo on December 25 and 26.
In the pictures are the states of each member in the train. Eunjung, Jiyeon, Boram, and Soyeon are sleeping deeply, while the youngest Areum is reading a book. On the other hand, Hyomin and Qri are playing a mobile game on their cell phones.
T-ara members look relaxed in these pictures. They also added cute captions and images, making the photos look adorable.
Meanwhile, T-ara will be returning to Korea on December 28, 2013 at 11:20AM local time.

2PM member Junho warmed his fans' heart with a message and a shy smile. On December 26, Junho posted a picture on his personal Twitter account, saying "Thank you, my fans, who gave big help on the set today. Also to the staff and the seniors who I love completely, thank you!" Along with his post was a photo.
In the photo, Junho is holding a sheet of paper. He is seen standing on white snow, with the sunlight catching in his warm smile. The charming boy band member's jaw line looked sleeker and his appearance became even more flattering.

- Lee Byung Hun Chosen As Movie Star Who Shined the Brightest in 2012
Lee Byung Hun was listed as first place on Korea's Gallup "Movie Stars Who Shined the Year of 2012" for his appearance in the film "Kwang-Hae: the Man Who Became King."
Between November 15 to 30, Korea Gallup ran a poll. Those who participated in the survey, which consisted of men and women 13 years and older, 37.6% of the people voted Lee Byung Hun for the title. The actor was awarded first place for the second time. He took home the title back in 2009. Lee Byung Hun played a double role in the film "Kwang-Hae, the Man Who Became King" as Kwang-Hae Kun and storytelling drinker Ha-Sun. The movie exceeded 12 million views and took third place in domestic box office history. Furthermore, Lee Byung Hyun won best actor award at the 49th Dae Jong Film Festival.
Lee Byung Hun received much love from all age groups, with the exception of women in their teens. Ratings were particularly high with men in their 20s and women in their 30s. Song Joong Ki took second place with his role in "Werewolf Boy." Song Joong Ki won 15.0% of votes. On December 24, the actor was first place on the Korea Gallup list of "Talents Who Shined in the Year of 2012," making the year his own. His co-star Park Bo Young received 4.2% votes, taking home eighth place.
At fourth place was Jang Dong Gun, who starred as Casanova Seipan in "Dangerous Affair," while testing his love between Zhang Ziyi and Jang Baek Ji. The actor won 7.4% of the votes. Ha Jung Woo from "Nameless Gangster: Rules of Time" received a total of 6.4% votes, making it to the top five list as well. This survey was conducted in a manner of individual interviews with a total sampling error of ± 2.4% points (95% confidence level).

- Big Bang's Seungri and FT Island's Jong Hun Spend Quality Time in Airplane
On December 26, FT Island's Jong Hun posted on his twitter, "V.I. I love you" and included a picture collage.
Jong Hun took all 4 pictures inside the airplane. Just like any other great friends, they look comfortable with each other. Jong Hun tries to be sneaky in the upper left picture, but looks like Big Bang's Seungri caught on because he doesn't look super thrilled in the lower left picture. Since he can't avoid it, Seungri decided to join in on the action and after a failed attempt in the upper right picture, took a successful "I'm Ok" picture on the bottom right.
Netizens who saw the pictures commented, "They look like they're really good friends," "Spending Christmas together, they must be close friends," Jong Hun and Seungri proved their celebrity best friends," "These two are full of playfulness. Cute."
Meanwhile, it's been revealed that the two best friends went to Bangkok together to spend their Christmas vacation.

- JYJ's Junsu Reveals Practice Session with Live Orchestra for Upcoming Concert
JYJ member Junsu revealed a photo of his practice session with a full live orchestra for his upcoming concert.
Today, C-JeS Entertainment stated "Junsu is currently busy preparing for his end of the year concert. As all the songs are sung live, he has been busy discussing about preparations with the music director."

The photo reveals Junsu practicing along with violins, cellos, and a band, brass players and his backup singers.
Junsu shared, "The live orchestra adds different meanings to each of the songs. I'm looking forward to the concert as it will be a touching concert with splendid harmony."
It has been noted that there are many surprises waiting for fans that are to attend the concert.
As Junsu's concert cue sheet was published 3 weeks ago, there are still many surprise performances. As well as his first performance of his recent digital single Thank U.
"2012 XIA Ballad & Musical Concert with Orchestra" is to take place from December 29 through 31 at COEX. The entire 21,000 tickets for three days have been sold out.

- JYJ's Jaejoong Teaser Video in the Studio of New Solo Album
JYJ's Jaejoong who has previously revealed his transformation as a rock star for his solo album released a teaser video.
C-JeS Entertainment on Tuesday shared a teaser video on their official YouTube channel sharing with fans of what the album will be like.
The short teaser features Jaejoong at the recording studio as well as Kim Ba Da, vocalist of Korean rock group Sinawe. Both are signing passionately reviewing their work, the video allows viewers to hear bits of the song as well as a peek at what goes on behind the scenes.

The 2012 SBS "Korea Pop Music Festival" is to feature various artists' brilliant collaboration.
SBS festival this year with the theme "The Color of K-Pop" features various different singers with idol groups in collaboration stages. Another collaboration that has been added is KARA's Goo Hara along with Kim Wan Sun.

Producer of the show shared, "There will be unique collaboration stages this year. The 270 minutes will be full of great performances. Each special stage is all prepared by the artists themselves."
